We deliver across Greater Cairo and major Egyptian cities. Remote areas may require extra time or a custom shipping quote.

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Card orders ship after bank confirmation (bank confirmation may take 48–72 hours, excluding Friday and Saturday). InstaPay orders ship after we verify your transfer — payment confirmed instantly during trojan stores working hours.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Cash on delivery may include a handling fee shown before you place the order.

You will receive updates by phone, WhatsApp, or email when your order is dispatched.

Signed-in customers can view order status in their account.
